Cylinders
UniteQ manufactures hydraulic cylinders from a general product portfolio, modified after customer specification when desired. All cylinders are manufactured at our CNC machining centers. This guarantees a fast, reproducible and accurate production.
UniteQ cylinders vary in size and shape. UniteQ provides single-acting and double-acting cylinders with a bore range between 40 to 500 mm and a stroke range between 20 to 1000 mm. In the standard segment different connections on rod, bottom or cylinder tube are possible.
To guarantee quality, all our cylinders are manufactured after a high quality standard with hard chromed and grounded piston rods, honed cylinder tubes and high-quality seals. Other materials are possible on request.
Standard cylinders have a working pressure of up to 315 bar with operating temperatures between -30 and +80°C. Because we can equip our cylinders with a spring package, operating speeds can be as high as 0.5m/s.
