Actuator control cabinet [B]

UniteQ developed a own control module for the control of the bypass, water control and water inlet actuators of the bypass system. This module controls simultaneously the open close and control function of all three actuators. Furthermore, it provides a position feedback signal from each actuator to the main control system.

In addition to this regular functionality, the control module has a boost function. This boost function allows actuators with low flow solenoid valves, to reach higher speeds. This can reduce the costs of your actuator. Furthermore, the UniteQ controller can transform a regular 4…20 mA signal, provided by your position transmitter, into a HART signal.
