Local compact power unit

UniteQ compact power units supply and distribute hydraulic pressure, necessary to position the main valve. Int fact, the compact power unit is a combination of a hydraulic power unit and a manifold, with his own local electronical control system.

UniteQ compact power units can be delivered in several designs. Dependent on the required flow, a different design can be selected to improve the compactness and to reduce the required mounting space. Our compact power units have a modular build up, which will simplify adjustments and expansions. This concepts leads to increased flexibility, lower maintenance costs, and lower adjustment costs.

Based on the operated actuator, UniteQ calculates the required hydraulic pressure. This pressure requirement enables us to select the main components of the power unit, such as the motor pump combination.

For the pressure distribution we take into account accuracy and safety requirements. Based on these requirements we select the proper redundancy level and the correct solenoid and control valves.

In addition to the standard UniteQ compact unit build-up, all compact units can be designed with ATEX components. Furthermore, each compact unit can be delivered with a safety integrity level (SIL) calculation. Dependent on the build-up, we can provide a SIL2 or SIL3 certificate.
