Linear valve actuators [MC]

For operating rotary main control valves, UniteQ uses Eckart HyRAV actuators, controlled by an UniteQ manifold. The HyRAV is designed in accordance with the helical gear principle, one of the most advanced solutions for rotary actuators available on the market. The main control valves are crucial for the safety of your system. The Eckart HyRAV in combination with an UniteQ manifold meets the highest speed, accuracy and safety demands.

UniteQ main control actuators have a positioning accuracy of 0.1% and an hydraulic position time of less the 0.5 seconds over the full stroke.

Furthermore, all UniteQ main control actuators meet the highest safety standards. They are equipped with a redundant spring package, which enables the main inlet valve to move to the safe position within 0.15 seconds.

UniteQ main control actuators are manufactured in accordance with the machine directive. In addition, safety integrity level (SIL) calculations can be conducted. With a combination of a Eckart HyRAV and an UniteQ manifold, a SIL 3 certification is possible.
