HYDAC EDS 1691

Since 2022, the HYDAC EDS 1691 pressure sensor is no longer in production. The EDS 1691 has been frequently used in steam test devices and has a TÜV certificate. The successor of the EDS 1691, the EDS 1791, does not have this certificate.

In order to continue to serve our customers, we have taken the following measures:

1. We have a large number of sensors in stock.
2. We are developing a pressure sensor with TÜV certificate that is one to one exchangeable with the HYDAC EDS 1691.
3. We build our steam test machines with an alternative sensor with TÜV certificate. This design has been on the market since 2019.
