Wujianfang - Turbine bypass system

UniteQ delivers the complete package for the control of turbine bypass valves. Start 2017 we delivered the control system for a high pressure en low pressure turbine bypass system for a turbine located in Wujianfang China.

For each turbine bypass system we delivered two bypass actuators, two injection actuators and two isolation actuators. The hydraulic power for these actuators will be supplied by our UniteQ hydraulic power unit, with its own PLC control cabinet. The control and monitoring of the actuators will be performed by our new developed UniteQ control units. For the HP system, steam test devices are delivered to measure the steam pressure an prevent dangerous over pressure situations in the turbine system. To make sure that all the components have the correct electrical power, power supply cabinets are also included.

Because we delivered the actuating system for two HP and two LP turbine bypass systems, a project total of 24 actuators, 4 hydraulic power units with control cabinet, 8 actuator control cabinets, 4 steam test devices and 4 power supply cabinets were delivered.

The complete engineering, production, assembly, coating and functional testing of all the hydraulic and electric components has been performed in house. This is an excellent example of our total supplier concept.
